About Huntington Elementary

Zach Maher is the proud leader of Huntington Elementary School. With over a decade of experience in the PK-8 environment, he is deeply committed to ensuring that our youngest learners are provided with the opportunities necessary to build a strong foundation for whatever path students choose in the future.

Mr. Maher is currently pursuing his Superintendent of Schools (093) certification at Sacred Heart University and holds degrees in Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, Elementary Education and Political Science. He is passionate about ensuring that all students have access to high quality instruction, in particular, literacy instruction.

Mr. Maher is an avid runner and when not in school, he is training for his next marathon.
